The Art of Self-Compassion for Self-Care

(6 sessions X 2 hours)

Feeling like you are not good enough? You are not alone. We often judge ourselves harshly when we slip up or doubt our abilities. This course is designed to help learners develop self-compassion, a powerful skill that equips you to be your own best friend during challenging times. Through this resource-building program, you will learn to treat yourself with the same kindness and understanding you offer others. This will not only enhance your well-being and resilience but also reduce the risk of burnout. Remember, self-compassion is the foundation for extending compassion to others daily. Enroll today and learn to be kinder to yourself!

Learning Outcomes:
At the end of this workshop, learners will be able to:
  • Demonstrate an understanding of self-compassion for self-care.
  • Apply practical tools to cultivate self-compassion in daily routine.
  • Discover how self-compassion can replace self-criticism, fostering positive self-motivation.
  • Develop the skills to manage difficult emotions with greater ease and resilience.
  • Develop resources to manage caregiver fatigue and prevent burnout.
