Collection of Certificates
The collection period was from 26 August to 13 September 2024.
Graduands who missed the collection period can still collect their Diploma or Degree Certificate from the Office of Student Affairs by 30 October 2024.
The Office of Student Affairs is located at NAFA Campus 1, Wing A, Level 2 and is open from Mondays – Fridays (except public holidays), 9.00am – 5.00pm.
Graduands with outstanding fees or overdue Library loans/fines can collect their graduation documents only after they have cleared their dues.

- Bring along your NAFA Student Card for identification.
- We will retain your student card as you have already completed your studies at NAFA.

Collection by proxy |
- You may authorise someone else to collect your certificate on your behalf if you are unable to do so personally.
- Please complete and sign the Authorisation Letter and ask your representative to bring along the letter and his/her identification card or passport for proof of identity.
- We wish to stress that NAFA will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to your certificate collected by your proxy.

Mailing of Certificate
(only for international students who have left Singapore)

- If you are currently overseas and want your certificate to be mailed to you, please complete the Certificate Mailing Form.
- Please note that the certificate will be sent via normal postal mail that does not have a tracking number.
- We wish to stress that NAFA will not be held responsible for any delay, loss or damage to your certificate.
- For diploma graduands, please note that NAFA is not able to issue a replacement certificate if you have lost or did not receive your Diploma Certificate.
- For degree graduands, please note that you have to approach RCM/ UAL direct for issuance of a replacement certificate.
