TIME was a story set in modern-day Singapore, surrounding the lives of three siblings, each embodying aspirations for family, career and romance. Fueled by desires, they traded with ‘Time’. This interdisciplinary project brought together philosophy, physical theatre, music, songs, drama and shadow play to explore the theme of time. The result was an intellectually stirring and emotionally moving theatre piece that was easily accessible to all. Led by NAFA Theatre alumna Jacklyn Kuah (Regional Artistic Director, Norwegian Cultural Centre) and Arts Management Adjunct Lecturer Suven Chan, the collaborative effort involved Theatre students Zhuang Chu Hang and Mandy Neo. The captivating performance was held on 10 and 11 June 2023, 8pm, at Centre 42.
