Upon graduating from NAFA in 2007, alumnus Yin Hang was employed by the Department of Information Resources for six years as a Project Executive Officer, responsible for setting up the Tanoto Foundation Centre for Southeast Asian Arts and the NAFA Heritage Room. He then served as Programme Manager at the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre (新加坡华族文化中心) and Chief Programmes Officer at So Arts Global (Singapore), before moving on to the role of Director of Events and Marketing and Secretary General of the Huaxia Cultural Hub (华夏文化促进会). He is currently the Executive President of the Arts Association of Singapore (新艺协).

He also serves as Secretary General of the World Artiste Alliance Association (国际艺术家联盟), Deputy Secretary General of the Hua Yuan Association (新加坡华源会), Deputy Secretary of Club NAFA, and as a Council Member of the Bukit Timah Literary Centre (锡山文艺中心), the NAFA Alumni Association, and several local arts groups, where he also acts as an honorary advisor.
