Radhiansyah's involvement in silat dates back to 1984 when he became a member of Perguruan Seni Beladiri TAPAK SUCI Indonesia.

He has participated as a silat performer in various international events including Opening of Padepokan Pencak Silat Indonesia (1997), Opening Silat Performances at “The Real Shaolin Kungfu World Tour” in Jakarta (2000) and “Chung Ju World Martial Arts Festival” in South Korea (2000).

He was chosen to be one of the International Pencak Silat Federation models for Silat compulsory movements, before being assigned as a coach in Jakarta and East Kalimantan, Indonesia. From 2002 to 2006, he served as a National Artistic Silat Coach at the Singapore Silat Federation and has trained Singapore athletes for international competitions including SEA Games (2003, 2005) and World Championships (2002, 2006). For his dedication and commitment to building the Singapore Artistic team, he was awarded the Talent Development Coaching Award by Singapore Sports Council at the Coach Recognition Awards 2005. In 2006, he became the silat coach at Temasek Polytechnic Silat Club.

In his role as a choreographer, Radhiansyah was involved in many special events, including AZAM ETF Charity Show on Suria TV (2003), Silat Performance for “National Wushu Display” at Indoor Stadium (2005), Silat Filming for 117 IOC session (2005), Gentarasa 2008 - Metamorphosis (in conjunction with MESRA's 20th Anniversary), Silat Performance for “Summer in Abu Dhabi” Exhibition in Abu Dhabi (2010), Opening Ceremony - Youth Olympic Games (2010), “Sinaran Hati Charity Show” on Suria TV (2011), the “Launch of the Malay Heritage Book” - National Museum (2011) and Gentarasa 2011 - When the wind howls (in conjunction with Gentarasa’s 10th Anniversary).

Radhiansyah also strongly believes in the importance of upholding and preserving our cultural heritage for the values that he has learned and gained from them. In doing his part to preserve this cultural heritage, he has collaborated with Sri Warisan Som Said Performing Arts Ltd. in roles such as a choreographer or assistant stage manager for various events. These include Bali International Pencak Silat Parade (2002), Official Opening of the Malay Heritage Centre (2005),as well as performances at Victoria Theatre such as Lagenda TUN FATIMAH (2005), Lagenda RADEN MAS (2008), and Anak WAYANG (2010).
