Two leading arts institutions NAFA and Nanjing University of the Arts inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 18 September, signaling a joint commitment to foster cross-cultural exchanges and advance academic collaboration between the two institutions.

Under this strategic alliance, students and faculty members from both arts institutions will enjoy cultural and creative exchanges, academic collaboration, and training opportunities to advance traditional and contemporary arts education and practices.

“NAFA is pleased to formalise the longstanding collaboration with Nanjing University of the Arts, where students and faculty members from both institutions are able to develop and accumulate transferable skills, and expand their global competitive readiness,” shared Dr Ernest Lim, Dean, Faculty of Performing Arts.

This international collaboration aligns with NAFA’s mission of inspiring learning and growth through the arts, with a good foundation for future joint developmental projects between Singapore and China.
